STEP 1 - Our Client Care Manager sent you an email requesting feedback, you clicked on the link and here we are.

STEP 2 - Our Client Care Manager will send you a text in 24 and 48 hours to remind you to fill out this feedback form if you haven't completed the form.

STEP 3 - Our Listing Agent will personally call YOU as a last attempt to receive your client's feedback.

STEP 4 - We will communicate to our clients that you were not responsive to our four (4) feedback requests.
